Who’s in the Paint Shop?

We’re a small team based in Whistler, BC.

All three of us made our way west from eastern Canada (Ontario & Newfoundland) over a decade ago. Living & working together we’ve spent countless days working in bike shops, lapping the park, & producing mountain bike media of all sorts. There was always a creative desire in the group, leading to several award winning videos, & some level of notoriety in the mountain biking world. All along the journey, Dylan (the “artistic” one) custom painted helmets & bikes for himself or friends. Generally, one at a time, here and there. We knew it would culminate to something one day, we just didn’t know what or when. .

DYLAN FORBES

The “artistic”one, some might say. Dylan’s been kicking around Whistler for over a decade & has a history of destroying berms. Art and biking go hand in hand for this guy, then somewhere in the middle - they meet. Which is exactly how
Fresh Paints got its start. Bikes & Art.

JUSTIN “DEWEY” ROY

Known to most as Dewey, Justin’s a long time Whistler local with a meticulous eye for detail. If he isn’t in the paint booth turning your bike into a masterpiece, you’ll find him in the Whistler Bike Park (Probably on Aline or Dirt Merchant).
