  • 2 - 4 weeks

No matter the item, Full suspension frame, hardtail, full face helmet, or trail lid, the process from prep to finish is a long & intricate one. Our rule of thumb is ~2 weeks from the time we start the prep process to a fully cured, cut & polished masterpiece. It may take longer depending on the detail & techniques involved in your paint job.

  • Maybe…

Frame protection is a great way to keep your newly painted bike protected from minor scratches and everyday wear & tear. While this is generally a great practise, we’ve seen many frames come through the shop due to stock/OEM paint being peeled away while removing frame protection. Use frame protection at your own desecration on any bike & use generous amounts of heat when removing it from a frame.

  • We’ve spent the past few years subjecting painted bikes & helmets to muddy winter riding in Squamish, long dusty days in the Whistler Bike Park, and everything in between . This testing helped us develop a process that creates a finish as strong, or stronger than an OEM/Stock paint finish.

  • We’ve landed on a design, & it’s time to deliver your frame.

We ask that you remove all parts from your frame, including the bottom bracket, headset cups, rear axle, seat collar, etc. We’ll gladly dismantle the frame linkage, & rebuild it once your frames transformation is complete. This allows us to ensure that any areas of the frame that need to be faced are done so properly. *This is to ensure that fitment and tolerances are precise.

We do offer the option for you to drop off your complete bike & pick it up freshly built, ready to ride. This does come at an added cost. Please ask us about this service when discussing your project.

  • No.

If you’d like to purchase a Ride Wrap kit for your frame to apply yourself, please inquire with us. We do not offer installation services.
